Fuse box and consumer unit replacement.
Old rewireable fuse boards and plastic consumer units are one of the most common reasons an EICR comes back unsatisfactory. We replace them with a modern metal consumer unit with RCD or RCBO protection, test every circuit and certify the work.

Straight answers.
How long is the power off?
It depends on the property and the number of circuits. We'll tell you before we start so the tenant can plan round it.
Will the new board need an EICR as well?
The replacement comes with its own installation certificate. Whether the property needs a fresh EICR depends on when the last one was done, and we'll tell you straight.
